The new Shifting Perspectives article went up a few minutes ago, and I really sweated over this one.

I only know the Burning Crusade from a Feral point of view, and I just haven’t felt that was fair to the WoW Insider readers that play Druids with Balance or Resto attitudes. It’s Shifting Perspectives, not Feral Perspectives, after all!

So with Phaelia and Nasirahs’ permission, I highlighted their work on different Balance specs today.

I found the article really difficult for me to write, because they did all of the real work, and I felt like a bum for just sitting there saying, “Look at that, folks!”.

Hopefully it is received well, and more folks are exposed to the awesomeness of both blogs.

In a side note, did you know that you can import an Armory set directly into the WoW Model Viewer? It generates a wild guess as to face and hair color and styles, but it grabs all the gear for you! Sorry Nasirah, but you didn’t have any neat pictures of your toon like Phaelia did.

On the other hand, it took me three times as long making a WoW Model Viewer version of Phaelia, because I could NOT figure out how to get the Primal Mooncloth Robe to have flared sleeves like on her blog. She is the devil! Grrr!

Seriously though, thank you both very much for letting me talk about your work in the article. You’re the best.

    Hmm, I guess it’s a good thing I didn’t log out naked…

    Happy to help, BBB, thanks for sharing my blog, and yes, our Moonkin dance does rock. :)

    Thanks a ton, B3. I’m flattered to have been included! =) And I made the PMC robe have flared sleeves by adjusting the meshes that are displayed through the View > Show Model Control and then switching on and off the different “Geosets” that are listed. And I didn’t put the shoulders on that model because they looked funky in the pose I chose.

    Gratz you two. One day when all my alts are 70 I may have to start a druid.

    @BBB
    Thanks for adding me to the sidebar. I just noticed it today. Sorry I can be a little slow at times.
