I am sorry that I did not say so earlier, as I have been out of town over the weekend. I am an occasional follower of your blog after it was recommended to me by our mutual friend Bellwether (4haelz.blogspot) and surely if I played a hunter, I would be a more regular guest. I am surprised but pleased that other people enjoyed what I had to say. I enjoyed writing it, so my suggestion to others would be - hey, why not join in too? I certainly am no gifted writer, and many other blog writers and visitors to BBB likely have the inclination and ability to apply burns far greater than I have. Seriously though, I enjoy reading blogs and WoW Insider. Although many of the sections aren't directly relevant to me, they are all part of a community, a community that I am part of. I would prefer my party and guild mates to know what they are doing, and these blogs provide a core service for educating my guildies to transmography them from mobile repair bill generating safety hazards through to lean, mean, critical-hit spamming machines. In this regard, a blog such as BBB's here is more than just an entertaining information hub, it's also providing a public service to hunters everywhere, and by extension, the groups that those hunters play with. I think back to Socrates, who taught that the beginning of wisdom is an acknowledgment of our own ignorance. Your head might stuffed with knowledge, but if you think you already know everything you need to know and are unwilling to learn, you're pretty stupid. As for my ignorance, I have never run a DPS melee in an instance (other than a Shaman in Deadmines, hardly making me an expert). I have two 70s - a resto druid and a lock. The stuff about not meleeing in front of the mob and cleaves was news to me, and good to know, since yeah, I probably will be rolling one of the 13,000 million inscriptionist DKs on my server alone.
