Here’s a few pictures from our recent explorations in Northrend that we thought we’d share (nothing that you probably haven’t seen before, but stuff we thought was particularly cute and I’m filling in for BBB until he has time to research a druid post this evening):
Here’s Cassie and her turkey posse completing the achievement to coerce 10 critters.

Here’s BBB with Cassie after he drank a suspicious potion he found in the Dalaran sewers:

And BBB’s hunter pet Moonclaw was very confused when suddenly his master looked like this while standing next to him

I’m kinda sad BBB’s been playing a hunter. Plenty of hunter blogs out there, but very few feral blogs /cry
Um, Kyle, like I said, BBB is planning on researching a druid article this evening that he’s had in mind – not even getting to play the game and have fun, but instead, taking time away from that to research a post because he knows people have been looking for druid information.
We have a saying in our guild that you get to play what you enjoy. Sometimes he enjoys playing a hunter and sometimes a druid. His druid and my rogue are actually leveling together and have done quite well so far. But some nights he plays his hunter and I play my alt.
This blog has never been an all druid blog. It varies depending on what is fun at the time – a druid, a hunter, a shadow priest or even real life stories. But I don’t think it’s fair to say that you’re sad because of the fun that someone else is choosing to have in their game, especially when this wasn’t even a post about hunter stuff. BBB has a right to play what’s fun to him on any given day.
Cassie
Yes, he does have a right to play whatever he wants, and I’m not going to complain. I’ve just been sad because there seems to be a lack of Feral’s around, and a lot of Feral’s have been switching to other classes. Every day I see some other class’ blog with really in-depth articles about Wrath and their class, and I’ve just been missing the great articles here about Feral’s and our Big Butt’s. I’ve been hard pressed to find any good info besides his great hit-rating post earlier to help me along the way. I’m one that needs advice a lot, since I’m still getting used to WoW, and seeing every other class getting huge posts with in-depth analysis makes me cry a little at the lack of Ferals. But I guess that’s one of the reasons I play feral, the uniqueness of it all (which we’re losing it seems). Anyway, good for BBB for having fun with WoW, and I don’t want to force him to do anything he doesn’t like. I play a Feral because I find it fun, if he wants to play a hunter because he finds it fun, good for him.
And huge pre-emptive thanks for his druid research that you mentioned.
Well apparently there has been a outbreak of tuskdom. Some silly dwarf that Grai’s talks about once in awhile did the same thing. Cassie as a turkey herder you are the best. Best to both you and our fury writer.
Hehe thanks for the photos. I must admit too (not playing a hunter) that I love BBBs druid articles – I printed them out and studied them when I first hit 70, it really turned me on to the feral way of life. Looking forward to his next article.
No problem, Kyle, I know it’s been quiet around here lately.
Mainly, I have been holding off on serious posts until I feel I have something that will endure more than a week.
The Hit Rating, Expertise and Dodge seem pretty stable at the moment… but I am still expecting wild gear changes at any moment.
That being said, I am working on a gear post for feral druids, because I’m not going to sit on my ass forever waiting for Blizzard to change our lives from the ground up. I’m just going to change my expectations in anticipation of their shenanigans.
