I’m not sure about the red part, but I believe there are schools of snapper available as one of the early Draenei quests as you head from the starter area to Azure Watch, as you cross the river…

Oxhorn’s reference to Red Snappah is a UHF homage. The Draenei quest is an homage to Oxhorn, in the same way that the Jenkins title and achievement is an homage to the Pals for Life video.
