Kudos to Tesh for the design. As I didn’t watch Twilight, I had to look up the “Team Jacob” logos/merchandise/what-not, and I think it’s not only an excellent parody, but the design is so good that I *might* get that T-shirt just for it’s own awesomeness!

Now, where’s my chapeau claque?

It is possible to add a second design on the back, but it’s very expensive, and so I rarely do that because i don’t want to be the idiot with $40 shirts that are for fun.

Now, using the actual WoW artwork in one of my shirts isn’t something that I ever intend to do. There are lots of things that I’ve thought of that would be awesome, but I’m never going to knowingly violate someone’s copyrighted or trademarked material, EXCEPT for the sake of satire or parody. Using a font style similar to what Twilight uses on their movie posters to do a Team Greymane design in imitation of Team Jacob is for the purposes of parody, but I think using Blizzard’s Gilneas flag design on a shirt would be theft. I’m sure that one of the official WoW licensed merchandise providers will have shirts and hats with that design soon, though.

I’m not a lawyer, so I have no idea how tangled up all of that could be in a court. All I can do is my best to not take someone’s artwork for my own projects.

The final product is full of win! I just wish that there was some way to have the symbol on the Gilneas flag (the one that looks like the quake III symbol)centered on the neckline on the back of the shirt or something maybe in red. . .
