My Night-elf beartankgirl did Hyjal and Twilight Highlands, but I am really tempted to take her through Vash’jir as well, because like you say, it’s Druid country. But there’s only one thing that’s always annoyed me about Aquatic Form. Speed. I fly the skies at 310% of normal speed these days. I’m glyphed into Aquatic form, for Cenarius’ sake! I should be able to outswim everything and anything in the water. I should be an Elf torpedo! And still, I get the feeling that an iron-clad lout on a sea-horsie could stay ahead of me.

Get me my bloody swimming lessons already!

I usually push over 10k, well into the mid-to-high teens if the tank is good enough that I don’t have to cower. But the best I’ve seen is a guildie DK tank, Grim Batol first boss sitting around 30k all fight in normal dungeon when he was 84. By the end of the fight he was rocking 50k TPS. I do 20-30k TPS when tanking. I’ve no idea what others are doing, but that was a sight to behold. He wasn’t so high on other stop/start bosses, but high enough to convince me it wasn’t an aberration.

Generally BoE blues and puples go to a group greed roll, since in theory everyone can “use” the item equally (to vendor, shard, etc). Nice groups will generally let you have the gear if it’s a big enough upgrade, but I always ask, especially this early in an expansion, when most people are still working on their gear.

If you can’t/won’t use it, but your alt “needs it”, then bad luck, roll greed. If everyone rolls greed or *shiver* DE, and the DE’er wins, shrug & move on. If it is an upgrade for a toon on that run, NEED it & equip it.

Im just going to assume you are not an a-hole and would actually have equipped it and if that is the case you def should have just taken it. BoE’s should only go to the group greed roll if no one could use it.
