It will make my Boss DPS a little better:

1) Use Glyph of Starsurge, and you have Starfall ready in under 60s (if you are willing to move to Lunar, every other AoE phase).
2) A single Euphoria proc (entering Eclipse), provides ~20k mana, to pay for that Hurricane.
3) If, after 7s or so, only three eyes are left, 3xMF with LS may be better than 3s of Hurricane, and they cost a lot less mana: Hurricane is about 26k mana. MF is under 2k.

If you decide to stay in Solar 100%, Starfire on the boss is higher DPS than Sunfire DD (just maintain the SuF DoT).

Your writing made it sound to me like you got Focus Fire right after eyes, and then once more before the next eyes. For us it was twice more before the next eyes (a total of 3 FF every minute).
