I work very hard when training the staff that work for me to be courtious, professional, and to atleast sound semi-intelligent when interacting with people. The odd (funny?) part about it is I think at first they think I am treating them like children, then when faced with the situation they recognize they needed to be told what to do. 

It&#039;s the &quot;I know everything and so should you because its common sense&quot; mentality of managers and supervisors that cause them not to train staff. Which I think is ironic because in the end its creating more work for themselves.
